We are a small business creating handmade, meaningful jewelry — each piece is made with love and care. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges, so please be sure of your selections before completing your purchase.

Ring & Bracelet Sizing

Be sure to choose the correct ring or bracelet size when placing your order. Will and Mae LLC is not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size.

Tip: Not sure of your size? Search “how to measure ring/bracelet size” on YouTube for simple tutorials.

Damaged Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage so we can make it right.

Shipping & Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for a $5 reship fee.
  • Exception: If we made an error when creating the shipping label, we will cover the cost.

Missing Packages

Once your package is handed off to the mail carrier, we rely on tracking information to confirm delivery status.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued unless your package does not arrive within 8 business weeks of the shipment date.
  • If tracking shows “delivered,” we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Jewelry Materials & Care

Will and Mae jewelry is made with gold-plated, silver-plated, and bare copper wire. All ear wires (as of 11/27/2024) are stainless steel with gold or silver plating.

  • Our jewelry is tarnish-resistant and will not turn your skin green.
  • If you experience green discoloration, it is likely due to a metal allergy. Please review the materials listed in each product description before purchasing.
  • Bare copper may naturally oxidize and darken over time — this is normal and does not affect wear.

To Extend the Life of Your Jewelry:

  • Do not wear your jewelry to bed, in the shower, or while working out.
  • Store your pieces in a dry place.
  • Use the polishing cloth included with every order to clean and shine your jewelry as needed.
